and help us build a social
lost & found system!
Sometimes arranging a meeting is difficult, the finder wants to remain anonymous, or it’s simply easier to leave the item right away at a reception desk or canteen.
That’s why we’re creating a network of ReFoundMe Hubs:
trusted drop-off and pick-up points at locations like ports clubs, schools, shops, healthcare facilities, theme parks, and events..
A Hub makes it even easier to safely return items to their owners. Finders can leave the item there, the owner automatically gets notified, and can securely collect the item using the code in the app.
You can help us!
Are you involved with a location that gets a lot of visitors? Join us and urn your place into a trusted drop-off and pick-up point for lost items.
Using the Hub app is free.Together, we build a network where people help each other return found items safely to their owners.

The ReFoundMe Hub app
Check items in and out, and notify the owner
The owner automatically receives a message with the location on Google Maps.
The item can then be picked up by showing the QR code in the app — or the code can be shared so someone else can collect it.
Add colleagues or volunteers to help
As a Hub Manager, you can invite staff or volunteers to check in items too. Helpful if you’re not always available or want to accept items at multiple points.
Track what needs to be done with each item
The owner can indicate via the ReFoundMe app if the item will be picked up, donated, destroyed, or (coming soon) sent by mail.
