lost & found system!

Sometimes it’s difficult to arrange a meeting, the finder wants to remain anonymous, or it’s easier to leave the item directly at a counter or cafeteria.

That’s why we’re building a network of ReFoundMe Hubs:
reliable drop-off and pick-up points at locations such as sports clubs, schools, shops, healthcare institutions, amusement parks, or events.

A Hub makes it even easier to safely return items to their owners. The finder can leave the item there, and the owner will automatically receive a notification and can safely retrieve it using the code in the app.

You can help us!

Are you involved with a place like this that gets a lot of traffic? Join us and make your location a reliable drop-off and pick-up point for lost and found items.

Using the Hub app is free. Together, we’re building a network where people help each other safely return found items to their owners.

The ReFoundMe Hub-app

Checking items in and out and informing the owner

Scan the ReFoundMe QR code to check the item in at the Hub. The owner will automatically receive a message with the location in Google Maps.

The item can then be picked up by showing the QR code in the app, or it can be shared for someone else to pick up.

Adding colleagues or volunteers to help
As a Hub Manager, you can invite colleagues or volunteers so they can also check in items. This is useful if you are not available or need to accept items at multiple locations.

Keeping track of what needs to be done with an item
The owner can use the ReFoundMe app to indicate whether the item will be picked up, donated, destroyed, or (coming soon) shipped.
